1. Galvanized iron wire in the production process can be divided into: Hot DIP galvanized wire, plating wire. Electro galvanized: 8# - 38# ( 3.8mm 0.15mm)
2. Uses: Mainly for communications equipment, medical equipment, and braid, brushes, cables, filters, high-pressure hoses, construction, handicrafts industries.

Electro Galvanized Iron Wire:
1. Meterial: Low carbon steel wire(annealed iron wire, electric galvanized iron wire, hot-DIP galvanized iron wire), stainless steel wire(304 304L 316 316L), or PVC coated wire
2. Process: Galvanized after weaving or galvanized before weaving.
Hot-dipped galvanized Iron wire
1. Hot-dipped zinc-coated iron wire for the global market. Being an expert manufacturer and big exporter of galvanized iron wire series products in China, has been engaged in wire drawing and galvanizing for over 10 years. Now the company has 26 sets of stainless steel wire drawing machines, 28 sets of iron wire drawing machines, and 6 wire galvanizing production lines.
2. Quality low carbon steel wire used in producing of hot-DIP galvanized wire, going through wire drawing, acid washing, rust removing, annealing and coiling.
The zinc coating ranges from 20g to 500g, and can be different according to customer's specific requirements.
3. The maximum weight for single coil hot-DIP galvanized wire can be 1000 kg and all weight in the scope available.
