Wire Diameter: Gauge 23-Gauge 8
The weight of per coil is 5kg, 10kg, 15kg, 25kg, 50kg, 100kg and so on.
Characteristic: Electro galvanized wire also called colding galvanized wire. Galvanizing speed is slow, zin coating is very uniformity.
Zin coating: The general zin coating quantity is from 8-13g/m2, sometimes also can get to 12-15g/m2.
Produce Process: Black anneal wire-------High temperature and oil removing-------acid-washing and drying-----colding galvanized-----wire coils---packing.
Packing:
1. Inside is plastic firm, outside is weave bags.
2. Inside is plastic firm, outside is hessian.
3. Also can be packed with paper box.
4. When the goods is not to many, also can use wooden pallets.
